The 500 kV Mingyueshan substation is located in Xiaba village,Longxing Town,Yubei District,Chongqing,covering an area of about 70 mu.There are two main transformers with a total capacity of 2 million KVA.It is the fourth 500 kV intelligent substation of Chongqing power grid,and it is also an important part of Chongqing backbone power grid,responsible for the power supply of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area,Yubei and other regions.
At present,the 500 kV Mingyueshan station takes the lead in adopting the fixed UAV automatic nest in Chongqing power grid,which technically realizes the transformation of UAV patrol from manual on-site operation mode to remote intelligent autonomous mode.Compared with the original UAV inspection mode of manual field operation,the system has the functions of automatic data storage,autonomous flight,automatic power supplement,intelligent data analysis and so on,which completely realizes the full autonomous inspection operation of UAV.At the same time,through intelligent inspection robots,high-definition cameras and other equipment in the substation,with the help of image recognition technology,the full coverage of substation equipment inspection is realized.According to the actual needs of the site,the corresponding inspection tasks are issued to complete the independent inspection of substation equipment,and gradually realize the machine inspection instead of manual inspection,which improves the efficiency and quality of inspection.
In the substation,the drone nest in one corner of the substation automatically opens,and a drone instantly lifts off.After reaching a certain height,it flies at a constant speed according to the set patrol route to conduct a comprehensive and independent patrol inspection of the operating equipment of the substation.At the same time,an intelligent inspection robot comes out of the robot room and performs tasks such as infrared temperature measurement and visible light inspection of the equipment in the station along the inspection channel.
