"The so-called'non-standard'is customized according to customer needs,and each product is a new invention."Hu Zhaobo,head of Ruixiang Hongcheng Intelligent Technology(Weihai)Co.,Ltd.,an incubating enterprise that also belongs to Huatian intelligent equipment incubator,said,"although the R&D investment accounts for 20%,it has a higher rate of return than general robots,and has a greater competitive advantage and profit space."
Ruixiang Hongcheng is deeply engaged in the field of medical robots.On July 28,the first self-developed automatic strip and film release robot in China has been sent to Suzhou.There are five kinds of fist products like this,and the market is in short supply.The enterprise has settled in Huatian intelligent equipment incubator for less than two years,and its output value has reached more than 10 million yuan.
Looking at the whole city,more and more robot enterprises choose the right breakthrough,work hard and climb up the road of"customization".
Last year,our city implemented the mechanism of"exposing and commanding"common technologies in the industry,and carried out the"machine generation"of marine cold chain food processing.The research and development achievements of the first"unveiling and commanding"project-the squid yellow pulling and squid head cutting robots have been officially"on duty"and operate efficiently.Through the collaborative research of industry,University and research,Weihai Furui robot Co.,Ltd.has solved the two key problems of simulation operation and flexible manufacturing.Now it has completely simulated the action of human hands,and the production efficiency has been improved by 4-5 times.
