Artificial intelligence trainer, in short, is to help artificial intelligence more "understand" human new occupation, officially become a new occupation in 2020 and included in the national occupational classification directory. The competition, sponsored by Chongqing Economic and Information Technology Commission and Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, has been launched since July this year, with staff and student groups, participating in the form of teams, and a total of 60 teams and 120 players from some colleges and universities and enterprises in Chongqing.
The final lasted for five days, including two parts: theoretical knowledge and skill operation. Among them, the skill operation competition was mainly based on on-site practical operation, and assessed the comprehensive skill level that practitioners should have when engaged in this occupation.
"In the practical competition, we set a goal for the robot, such as to explore unknown areas such as fire sites, and require it to detect smoke, real-time back video, identification and search and rescue and other functions, in the face of such complex situations, we need our artificial intelligence trainers to constantly train, so that it has this ability, which is also one of the contents of the competition." At the scene, Gao Feng, the chief judge of the artificial intelligence trainer, told reporters that the players will participate in three tasks such as collision detection, image odor recognition, and target capture to see whether the players can successfully train the robot to meet the needs according to the existing hardware.
"Training the robot to complete the target task, so that it can accurately recognize images, etc., and consider various external factors such as light and noise, needs to go through countless training and testing to achieve." Jiang Jinhua, a sophomore at Chongqing Kechuang Vocational College, is one of the contestants, he told reporters that participating in this competition can exchange and share with Chongqing artificial intelligence industry talents, which not only opens up horizons, but also better support future career development planning.
