Liu Changsheng, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Shanghai University, Gao Xiang, Deputy Party Secretary and governor of Jiading District, Zhao Ren, Deputy president of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine attended the event.
"How can we provide doctors with more convenient tools from a robotic perspective?" At the scene, Liao Hongen, professor and vice dean of the School of Medicine of Tsinghua University, gave a keynote speech on Intelligent perception and Control Technology of Medical robots, introducing the development history of medical robots and the scientific research achievements of the team. For example, the wormlike robot developed by the team can perform operations such as bending and rotating, and autonomously advance inside the human body to achieve treatment goals. The team developed a robot ultrasonic diagnosis control method that simulates the doctor's manual ultrasonic diagnosis operation mode, allowing the robot to learn in the task and learn from the doctor's operation, so as to replace the doctor to complete part of the treatment work.
"As small as a chip, a sensor, how to support modern smart medical care?" Zhang Jianhua, executive dean of the School of Microelectronics of Shanghai University and chairman of the organizing committee of the Forum, revealed the important application value of sensors in the medical industry around "smart sensors and precision medical applications". Small chips and sensors are everywhere, especially in the medical field, where sensors are indispensable in precision drug delivery, precision cancer diagnosis, and precision surgical treatment.
Zhang Jianhua detailed the team's scientific research achievements in the cross-field of sensors and precision medicine, such as the successful development of oxide myoelectric sensors that can be used in prosthetic rehabilitation, oxide TFT based DR Imaging system, oxide artificial neurosynaptic devices and perceptual realization, "Shanghai University School of Microelectronics Industry is through academic innovation, technological breakthroughs, We will continue to promote high-quality development of precision medicine."
At the event site, the School of Microelectronics of Shanghai University, Malu Town People's Government, and the Institute of Medical Robotics of Ruijin Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine signed a strategic cooperation agreement. In the future, the three parties will focus on accelerating the miniaturization development of medical robots, creating a medical robot innovation ecology with a high degree of integration of "production, university, research, medical and political", and helping Jiading build high-performance medical devices and precision medical industry clusters.
"This signing is a two-way, two-way collaboration, we will cherish and implement such a cooperation opportunity, starting from specific projects and interdisciplinary aspects, continue to promote the high integration of smart sensors and precision medicine industry." Zhang Jianhua said.
